There is just over an hour between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception. While we have photos taken on the grounds of the University, the following ideas may help you fill the time, especially for overseas and interstate guests. Travel between the two venues should only take about 5 minutes by car.
Sunshine:
Walk around the beautiful grounds of the University of Western Australia.
Take a guided or self-planned walking (or driving) tour around Kings Park.

Take a tour around Kings Park or Perth City on the open-top "perth bus" or the replica "perth tram". Unfortunately these tours no longer depart from the University.

Rain:
Enjoy a coffee or tea at the Matilda Bay tearooms, on the river across from the University.
Enjoy a coffee or glass of Australian wine at the Botanical Cafe, next door to the reception venue. There is also an art and gift shop, "Aspects of Kings Park" on the same strip.
Visit the Aboriginal Art Gallery, located opposite the reception venue, open from 11am - 4pm on Sundays.
